Course content
From the fundamentals of slacklining to the techniques of a professional tightrope walker, safety, cooperation, concentration and self-transcendence, try your hand at Highline, an extreme sport that hangs by a thread! A transformative week of yoga, meditation, progressive exercises and sporting challenges. It's an opportunity to get to grips with your fears, and learn how to manage and master them.

Practical info
Prerequisites: ability to do 10 push-ups on the knees (possibly 1 pull-up on the arms) and , above all, the desire to get out of your comfort zone.
Vertigo is not a problem. We're talking more generally about fear or apprehension of heights, which we all have.
The course does not include: your personal harness and a climbing safety lanyard, accommodation and meals (morning, noon and evening).
If you don't have all the equipment, please let us know. Arrangements can be made.
Don't forget to bring your own equipment for extra activities: yoga mat, swimsuit, camera, musical instruments, etc...
Progress is guaranteed for every participant, whatever their initial level of fear.
Young people under 18 must provide a parental certificate.
